This place is so new and clean, and the room is cozy and private. The lady who massaged me had good massage skill, also care about how I felt throughout the session. I will definitely go back !

Lady at the front desk was great and very attentive. However the lady who did my massage kept talking to the other workers there so could not relax and also she rushed the massage and was not a nice experience.

Booked a massage and it was pretty bad, the therapist walked out 5 times because she is also the receptionist so had to respond to customer queries. She also had her phone on the table so every time a customer called, I could feel the vibration and she answered calls and was texting with one hand during my massage. Then she tried to wrap up 5 minutes early. I won't be returning.

Linda and crew are very good at what they do - if you are in for muscle tension relief + recovery, this is the place to be. A1 for Technique and efficacy. Linda has nearly 20 years of experience and will be able to address any musculoskeletal issues or knots. You have to be upfront about your needs (pressure tolerance, pain points etc) and she will be able to recommend accordingly.However, as just be aware that there needs to be an expectation about the style of service. It’s not a super systematic and uniform style as with other franchise businesses. Hence, you’ll see some mixed reviews.Prices are very reasonable for the level of service, but it’s all about an emphasis on massage technique and delivering muscle recovery. Thanks Linda!

I've been coming there for almost one year- I stopped going for a while because, like other comments here, I found them to be unprofessional, unpleasant and nasty. They forget that people pay for their massage and that it's not free as they take you for granted. I went back again to give it a chance. And it's gotten worse. This place is unprofessional, unfriendly and I recommend you go elsewhere!

The lady boss did my massage last Saturday. My back has been in severe and acute pain since then. It's been four full days of hellish pain and I have no choice but to see a doctor. I doubt they are fully licensed to operate in Australia. Avoid this place.

I have been to this place twice, and received massages from two different ladies who were both very good. However, a problem with this place is that the rooms are not soundproof so that it can be quite noisy, which detracts from the overall experience. On the second occasion my massage was almost spoilt when about one-quarter of the way through a man came into the shop and started speaking very loudly in Chinese and just would not stop. I could hear the much softer voices of some of the staff who seemed to be trying to quieten him down, without success. He ended up in the room next to mine and just went on talking very loudly. I could tell that the masseuse treating me was also very annoyed, and at one point she shouted something in Chinese, to no avail. At the end of my massage this man was still making a lot of noise. When I went to the desk to pay, Linda was there and I mentioned this distraction to her, but she did not seem to take much notice.This negative experience on my second visit is the reason I have given three stars instead of the five I would have otherwise given, based on the excellent quality of the massages themselves.
