Guy was so knowledgeable about all the systems available and took the time to listen to what our main objectives were, and designed the system in line with our needs.There was a small issue with the delivery date being delayed. This was dealt with professionally and promptly, which continued to give us the confidence that we’d chosen the right solar provider.Once the installation date arrived, the team turned up early and even gave recommendations about a change of layout of the system - giving us more energy capability. They cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn’t have known that they had been.Further follow up communication after the install between Guy and ourselves cemented the fact, that we had selected the best company. We had a 6.3 KWH solar system installed a few days back.(Enphase Micro inverters)At the same time we had REA Install a Tesla EV Charger.We chose REA on recommendation from family who had a system installed early in the year.Ours was a non standard install because although our roof slopes to the north , an ideal plane to install on, we didn’t want the panels there.Justin designed a system that took advantage of our alternative roof space, including tilt panels that are nicely hidden at the back of the house.Given we have a winter install, the system is already indicating it will certainly meet or exceed the daily average predicted by Justin.The entire job was a neat clean and efficient install.We are very happy with the system so far and with the fantastic service from the REA team.

Have had REA Solar for two years and not the result I’d planned for and was promised. As far as positives go, service was great and installation was flawless.However, for the downsides, the 14 panels I agreed to don’t even cover the cost of running our air conditioning on a summers day with full sunlight despite providing previous bills to analyse and ensure system capacity was of the right size. Further, what they don’t tell you is that putting solar panels on means you have to have a smart metre installed which then exposes you to higher tariffs during peak times (4pm-7pm) right as the panels stop producing. As a result, our panel ‘investment’ has resulted in very poor outcome for us.

Was impressed with Guy's presentation and quoting on the replacement of my old solar panels. Kept to my previous kilowatts to avoid losing my tariff rebate. Was grateful that the removal and installation of panels could be done in 2 stages to allow my roof restoration to be done in-between.Blake and his team arrived on time and on dates quoted to remove old panels (which were neatly stacked by side of house) and install new panels.Blake took the time to explain the new app on phone for energy distribution.Would not hesitate to recommend REA Solor to anyone.

The REA team arrived on time and my solar system was installed very quickly. Blake explained how the system works including the app, which is very informative. All the team were polite and very efficient. I'm already watching my usage and how much the solar is producing even though as luck would have it, a very overcast day!!I'm extremely happy to recommend REA. Thank you TEAM!
