I applied for my withdrawl from AIBT ,they are not allowing me to withdraw or not cancelling my COE , they are demanding me inappropriate amount, I already applied for withdrawl before the due date of the next payment and I didn't attend any class, my course starts from the 7th of Feb 2022 and applied for withdrawl on 11th of feb 2022 , they are not allowing me to withdrawal from the course and ask me to pay more fees even I already paid them $1200 and didn't attend any class, first they ask me to pay $1000 and then they send me email to pay $1200 and now they want me to pay $2000, when I am try to contact they the service team told me ask finance team and when i contact finance team they told me to contact service, they are threatening me I have screenshot of all the emails , worse management and college I have ever seen

I want to share my experience with AIBT , i got admission in this college course start date is 10/1/2022 but I already sent mailed to this college on 7/1/2022 , i am not coming to Tasmania in furture anymore, then they said we are processed for refund of $6700 and today i called to college and they said you must inform 4 weeks - start date but my Agent told me you must inform before course start date , unprofessional staff and poor experience and even they didn’t reply me on e- mail , never preferr this college

Very bad management team. They didn't give credit to units which I studied with them on my commercial cookery cert 3, and was charged full amount on my commercial cookery cert 4 and told they will follow with study period and dont care about units completed. I sent email to academic team about credit for my units. On meantime financial team email continuously and started calling to pay the fee. But academic team replied after 9 days saying have to follow study period. I dont want to waste more time with them reporting them but if anyone has same issue then I am happy to help them reporting or be as evidence which happened.

worse Management. I would like to give zero, but no option available. Do not recommend this college.

When an agent sends you student paying fee by agent, and if the fee is not paid on time, should you contact agent first regarding the payment or you send COE cancellation notice to student, giving them mental torture/stress, even thought student has paid the fee on time? And what kind of agent you have, not responsible at all??

I would never ever in my life recommend this college to anyone and who ever is studying please be aware of this college. In my case they didn’t find any placement for months, I found my placement did all my assignment on time submitted everything they want and they won’t even mark your assignment on time and won’t issue your certificate.Worst management, they don’t take anything seriously.Even if I call them they won’t receive any call nor do they reply emails. I want every agency,consultancy to know that before you admit any student please check with college if they are providing proper education or not. Or else you are destroying students career for your commision.

Worst college ever! I have no personal issues with anyone although I had troubles during study and after finishing the course. They cannot provide you with work placement, if by any chance they provide you placement that would be irrelevant to your course. They ask to come to college and pick up your completion certificate (Degree) from the college. When you reach there from your far off location, they will provide you with a freshly baked photocopy of your Degree certificate from a printer. Why do college want you to collect if they are giving away a photocopy of your degrees?We have been studying here for 1 year or more and the dean or head does not have time to sign our Degrees.

I would not recommend this college to anyone. All they care about is your money once you pay it you are basically dead to them. I enrolled & all their communication was sent to my personal email. Sometime in the middle of the course they decided to change it to the school email without ever notifying me. They cancelled my CoE without any warning after taking a lot of money from me. The management are horrible and lazy. Disgraceful, disgusting and scandalous.

I have to say that my experience at AIBT has been quite disappointing overall. The school is not run in a normal way and there have been many issues with organization and communication. However, there is one shining star that has made my time there worthwhile: my teacher, Weiting. She is an absolute treasure and the only thing that has kept me going. Her dedication to her students and passion for teaching is truly remarkable. If she were to go to any other school, I would transfer with her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Weiting, for being such an amazing teacher.

I graduated from AIBT Global in 2018 and from my experience i can say AIBT is one of the best Vocational providers in Australia. I would recommend AIBT to all those international students who want to come to Australia to study.
