Have used Chapman Floor Coverings before, as usual great value, fast, reliable, neat service and great communication. On time on budget no surprises. What more can you ask for?Which is why we used them again and as expected we got the same awesome service as before. Highly recommended.

This company is beyond 5⭐️! David showed up on time for the measurements and estimate after we had picked our engineered wood flooring for the whole house and the carpeting for the bedrooms. This was a big job…approximately 370sqm of work all done and dusted in just 4 days! Once we accepted the quote and paid the deposit (50% of the total cost), we were quickly scheduled-in (about 1 month). The team was professional, courteous (affable) and meticulous - as an aside, they all get along very well and it shows in the finished product. The carpentry finish for the skirting and door cutting/adjustments was fantastic! They clean-up after everyday…excellent. I’ve done and been through several Reno’s throughout my life, and must say that this company is simply superlative in every respect. We highly recommend this company! We made an appointment for a measure and quote for a unit we have, as we live down the coast we had to rely on friends to be at the unit. First appointment they literally just never turned up and once we rang them to find out where they were I was told “the gentleman didn’t take our phone number or email address as he has a medical condition and he can forget details at times, I remember very clearly giving him my number three times. No staff member bothered to check over his work to ensure all required details were entered into the system correctly. The second appointment they rang one hour before the scheduled appointment and said the guy who was coming to measure up is sick, they had no one else to cover him. Extremely disappointed.We are going with Canberra floor world, so unfortunately you lost our business.

So very happy with our new flooring. The whole process was positive from quoting through to installation. Installers were awesome and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service. High quality carpets, even for rental. On time for quotes, on time for installation. Had two upstairs rooms and stairs done and they used thick underlay at no extra cost. Took them about three hours in and out. Very happy

We had Chapman Floor Coverings come out to work on a Saturday morning and fit out 9 offices after extensive water damage. They were amazing, moved the furniture that we couldn't and put it all back.
