Rolling Luggage

The service me and my fiancé received from Natalie one of the wonderful staff members at Melbourne Airport was outstanding. We accidentally locked our bag just before our flight. She was cool, calm and collected. Managed to weave some magic and release the locks. Just in time to make our flight. Natalie is a superstar.

Absolute lifesaver (the manager at the airport store before immigration). I accidentally locked my suitcase with an unknown code, just hours before our trip. This angel saved our day by unlocking the case in a matter of minutes! Plus, she was very kind and sympathetic!

The team at Rolling Luggage at Melbourne Airport are absolute life savers! I was sent to the store by Qantas to look for a bag I would use to place a package within for checked in luggage as the item could not be taken onboard and I did not have time to visit Australia Post to organise shipping. There were plenty of amazing bags for sale although it would have been a one use only (just to get the item to it’s destination). Instead of trying to sell me a bag I would not need after the flight, they very kindly made a box for me out of recycled cardboard using a pair of scissors and tape! The box ended up weighing just enough to check in as luggage and I still made it to my flight on-time. I would thoroughly recommend visiting the store for any of your luggage needs, they have an excellent collection in-store. I myself have a samsonite luggage bag that I’ve taken with me all around Europe and it still looks like the day I bought it!Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

Mel, Nat and the team at Melbourne Airport are absolutely fantastic. They went well above and beyond to work an urgent replacement solution after our online suitcase order was lost by the delivery service. Thanks very much for sorting out the replacement suitcases we needed at such short notice.
