Can year 11 students attend? What about teachers? Mature age students?
Anyone--year 11 or 12 students, teachers, mature age students--who would like to attend any of our VCEseminars may do so.
I was trying to enrol in seminars but after I entered my payment info and clicked submit your website re-directed me to the home page. Did my enrollment go through?
It is very likely your enrollment has gone through but the web browser you are using cannot display the confirmation page. To confirm your enrollment, please check your e-mail for a confirmation message. Also be sure to check your spam folder and other message filters. If after 48 hours you have not received the confirmation message, please e-mail the VCEseminars team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and let them know which VCEseminars you tried to enrol in. The team will check your enrollment status.
Will I receive a ticket in the mail?
No. Within 48 hours after enrolling you should receive a confirmation message via the e-mail address you supplied during enrollment. At least a week before your VCEseminar you will receive a further message with details of where your VCEseminar is, a map, directions, as well as hints and tips for the day. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly during enrollment. It is important you receive our e-mails, so please contact the VCEseminars team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and they will check what e-mail address you included on your enrollment.
Where will my VCEseminar be held?
All Melbourne VCEseminars are held at the University of Melbourne in Parkville, right outside the CBD and easily accessible by public transport. As enrollments and venue availability changes, the exact location of your VCEseminar will be confirmed no later than a week prior. Visit our locations page to determine where your VCEseminar will be held.
I am a teacher looking to make a group enrollment for my school. What should I do?
We are able to invoice schools for group enrollments. Please contact the VCEseminars team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to arrange enrollments and to have an invoice prepared.
What types of payment do you accept?
As a not-for-profit organisation we look to reduce our costs wherever possible. Credit and debit card transactions are the most economical payment method, so we only accept credit and debit cards. If you do not have a credit or debit card please contact the VCEseminars team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to discuss alternative payment options. Please note we can only accept other payment methods in exceptional circumstances.
Are there breaks during my VCEseminar?
Each VCEseminar typically includes a 50 minute lunch break and a 15 minute afternoon break. Students may bring lunch and snacks or purchase food from nearby eateries.

All Engage VCEseminars are taught by leading school teachers who know the curriculum inside out. Many of our teachers are exam markers and are able to tell students what they look for in answers and how to avoid tricks and traps in the exam.

Students receive a folder packed full of notes and resources as they arrive. In most cases this is well in excess of 100+ pages of notes.
The Engage Education Foundation is a non-profit organisation that supports students to achieve their best, both academically and holistically.
A volunteer based organisation, Engage has grown since its inception in 2008 to be the leading youth-run educational provider, providing academic support to over 7,500 students Australia wide.
