Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable fulfil the service described we will notify you within 2 business days to make alternative arrangements or a full refund.

VCE Lecture Enrolment Process

Confirmation of enrolment will be issued within 24 hours of registration for all credit card transactions. If you do not receive an email confirming you enrolment in your e-mail inbox within this time period, please contact Engage via email addressed to  info@ee.org.au. The Engage Education Foundation will not accept any responsibility for confirmations that have not been received by e-mail.

Students who have not received their confirmation by 5 days prior to the commencement of each course must contact our head office to confirm their enrolment and arrange admission.

The Engage Education Foundation reserves the right to alter or revoke the advertised program details.

All prices quoted on the Engage Education Foundation website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Use of the Engage Education Foundation website and online enrolment process assumes acknowledgement and agreement with the Engage Education Foundation’s Website Disclaimer, which includes the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.

VCE Lecture Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if notification is given at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the program. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the program.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 5 days prior to the commencement of each program, except as required by law.

Practice Exam and Study Guide Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are not offered for these items unless the item is faulty or damaged, or it is otherwise required by law.

Photo Consent and Release

Photographs may be taken at Engage Education Foundation programs for use in Foundation publications. If you do not want your photo taken, please notify the photographer at the event and all efforts will be made to avoid photos including you.

By enrolling in and attending an Engage Education Foundation program you consent and agree that the Engage Education Foundation has the right to take or use photographs or record video of you (and/or your property) and to use these in any and all media including online, now or hereafter known, and for any Engage Education Foundation purpose whatsoever. You further consent that your name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

You do hereby release to the Engage Education Foundation all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. You waive any rights, claims or interest you may have to control the use of your identity or likeness in the photographs and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration.

Privacy Policy

The Engage Education Foundation is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with regular updates and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. The Engage Education Foundation uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from the Engage Education Foundation only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. We also use widely used technology that tracks the usage of our website (such as the most popular pages or most frequently downloaded files) and the technical characteristics of the users of our website (such as the screen resolution and browser software), however, this information is anonymous and is not linked to your personal details in any way, and cannot be used to contact or identify you.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

When purchasing from the Engage Education Foundation your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
