After 5mth of looking at many car dealer's, n talking to multiple sales person's, my wife and I almost gave up. As first new car buyers the process was quite nerve racking n a bit intimidating, Sometimes it felt a bit judgemental/brushed off at times.But we kept at it until we finally came across Cecilia Veehala, at Jeep Parramatta.A very professional understanding informative caring individual, we felt comfortable at ease and without pressure. With in a couple of weeks of negotiations a deal was signed, paid in full and now a proud owner of a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, Iguess sometimes it's the small simple things that can makes a stressful and daunting experience that much more pleasant.Thankyou Cecilia.Mr/Mrs Setu

Great service once again. These guys are always looking out for you and are very professional. Ive been coming to this garage for 2 years and have always been satisfied. 4 of my cars have been to them and have never run into any problems.

If you are considering purchasing, servicing or maintaining your vehicle here then think again!Purchased my vehicle here over 2 years ago and whilst the purchasing stage of the process was relatively stress free, the ongoing after care, maintenance and servicing has sadly, not been!Despite the multiple Service Managers this place has had, the customer service of this joint is disgusting! To the point I have had no choice but to lodge formal complaints with Jeep Australia for further investigation and consideration.I used to have my vehicle service here regularly until one particular service, specific fault codes were just cleared from my vehicle and I was given no explanation as to what these codes related to other than, we’ve cleared them. Some months later, I am now having to have this specific part replaced (costing over $5k) which could’ve been prevented if Jeep had of explained the fault codes to me at this particular service interval.Despite emailing the so called “service department” dedicated email address, the response times back to these emails are shocking if you’re even lucky to get a response.Also, I booked my vehicle in for a “safety recall” as per a letter I received from Jeep Australia, which I had to wait a month to get an opening for the job. Heavily pregnant, I arrive to drop the vehicle off for this safety recall, am told the job will take 2-3 hours depending on availability of the mechanics in the workshop, to be phoned up less than 30 minutes of dropping the vehicle off to be told the vehicle has already had the recall done. A little bit of customer service in this situation could have avoided an unnecessary 60km round trip to Jeep only to be told I don’t actually need this recall done. Absolutely shonky customer service.Do yourself a favour, find a better dealership cause this one won’t do you any favours whatsoever!

These guys do great work at a very reasonable price. Set up an appointment to get a few things fixed on my Jeep, and was called in between each step. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants quick and honest work done.

Recently we took our new Jeep (which, in hindsight, regretfully, we had not bought from this dealership)for its 10,000 km service, we left it with the extremely helpful Natasha and Joe from the service dept. unfortunately we got a call a few hours later informing us that RATS had got under the engine cover, chewed the wiring and started a nest with what looked like chewed up insulated shopping bags! To say we were amazed is an understatement ! Anyway, we returned, looked at the damage, were told the service staff were onto it! Again, unfortunately, it could not be finished in the allotted service time, and as we had 160kms to travel home, we felt we were running out of time to do so before dark, (as we had ponies and dogs locked up, ) time was getting short, so then without hesitation Joe voluntarily organised another brand new Jeep for us to take home, ensuring we were home before Roo time! we returned the next day, all good with vehicle, Thank goodness.But the saga continues, Andy then left his wallet and phone in the borrowed vehicle, the car yard was closed, but when we rang, a young lady, Jackie, ran around trying to locate the vehicle, which had been taken home by a staff member, who then, when contacted, immediately returned to the dealership to return said items to us, so to finish up, what could have been a nightmare, ended up being professionally and cheerfully resolved, it was our first time dealing with this dealership, and we will return without any qualms what so ever, knowing that we will be looked after whatever may occur, we really felt that this dealership still retains old fashioned customer service values"Cheers

Always friendly and reliable. Never had any problems after having repairs done. I will continue to use these guys, best for Jeep!

Would NOT recommend this place to any one! Particularly if you are female, as you’ll either get ripped off/over charged or just treated poorly - even after placing a complaint and having no response back.My sister who is dyslexic - and to be frank makes her embarrassed having to admit. Had a service booked in, once service was completed kindly asked the young girl at desk to repeat what was typed on the report, as she was too embarrassed to admit she couldn’t read it/understand it fully herself. She just wanted confirmation on what they had done to her car.The girl was hostile and refused any assistance, repeating “its all on the paper”. My sister pleaded that she just read it out loud to her but no this was too much of an ask. My sister left crying and embarrassed. She let the dealership know of what had happened and that she was not happy - got NO response from it. She was over charged $50 on products that should have been double checked/confirmed with customer before going ahead.This business is lazy and unprofessional, proper training clearly needs to be administered. All I could think after being told this was, “would this young girl act this way if an elderly person asked?”Do better!

Had the best Car buying experience at John Hughes Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Had incredible service from Steve, who listened to all of our needs and wishes and delivered us quality, integrity and trust in buying our vehicle. Could not be happier with our experience.

Very bad service

I bought a used Honda CR-V from them. We agreed that the car was going to be detailed once again and serviced prior to pick up. In addition, a dent was to be removed as well.They only removed the dent upon pick up. When I inquired about the service book that was not stamped, the sales guy went to the service department and stamped the book without the date, odometer reading or tick marks on the serviced items. I inquired if the service was done or not and I was assured that it was. I could sense there was a hint of doubt from the salesman but he kept assuring me that he saw the car was in in the workshop.When I got home, I checked the dipstick and like I have expected the oil was dirty. I called the salesman a number of times and I was asked to bring the car back for servicing. He admitted it wasn't done. What an unethical and deceitful sales practice. Imagine what would happen with my car if I hadn't checked and skip an oil change?I'd give them a 1 star if they didn't admit and completed the service free of charge.The service department appeared to be OK though. The service report was thorough and I was provided proper maintenance advice.I definitely will not come back and I'd not recommend this business.
