Service department is a let down. Just found out that after my replacement engine was installed under goodwill warranty offered by Jaguar Head Office, the new engine number had not been updated on the Jaguar Computer, got another dealer to do this, especially when this happened 6 months ago.The goodwill warranty installation offered was misleading. In hindsight, should have got everything put on paper. Lots of denials from the service advisor, in the end it cost me alot of money.I have sent email to you, waiting response.Jaguar Doncaster has responded to my email, and i am very happy with the outcome.

I have recently financed a Subaru xv, the customer service was exceptional right from getting onto their website and viewing the car. They went above and beyond to help me with my first car purchase. I highly recommend Mo the car sales man and Kevin the finance manager.They found a way to work around my work hours and kept me updated throughout the whole process.Again, amazing service from start to finish.Highly recommend.

Was interested in the Formentor from before the Australia release.Visited the sales team on several occasions and always found them very knowledgeable and willing to assist.I purchased the VZx Formentor and couldn’t be happier. What an amazing ride with looks, power, and handling.Special shout to Jo-Ann for going the extra mile in helping me to decide. She definitely knows her product and takes time to understand her client.I highly recommend both Cupra and the Indooroopilly team.

Buying was great. All the attention you desire. Deal was great.Ask for them to call you back afterwards, don't hold your breath.Becomes very frustrating being told service advisor/manager, is not available right now, but I will get him/her to call you back. But no call back.Took six phone calls and a lot of hassling for someone to respond. Guess what - couldn't answer the question anyway.What makes that even more frustrating, is when Jaguar are rung, they don't have technical advise available. They tell you the service advisor at the dealership, is the technical info source.Great car. Great Jaguar event invitations, just lousy system and service.And I don't even have a problem that I am complaining about.

I had bought a used car 6 months ago for under 22K I needed to trade it in for a larger car, however impossible to negotiate anything , they wanted to give me 7K less than what I bought it for, I did just 2500KM on it. They should learn to look after their customers better than that. Pity the folks there are nice people.

Disappointed with their after sales service. It's non-existent - they couldn't resolve my gearbox issue over the past few years and they blamed my driving style for it instead. Claimed their diagnostic system couldn't identify a fault, although the video I sent them was evidently clear that it was locked into first gear from the sound it was making. Their GM never returned my calls to discuss my issue - that was 2 months ago. Land Rover have lost me as a customer as these recent experiences were just not taken seriously enough.
