Engage Education is reliant on the work of volunteers and the fundraising efforts of our volunteers to be successful.

All Engage projects are undertaken by a team of passionate, highly committed and capable people who share our values and are motivated to help support students achieve.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Business Development OfficerEngage is currently searching for a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Foundation’s revenue streams. This year, revenues are again forecasted at over half a million dollars and it is the role of the Business Development Officer to see this figure increase. This role will require working with the CEO to develop relationships with key business and government partners. You must be able to work independently and conduct yourself in a professional manner. An ability to take initiative and the possession of strong strategic thinking skills are a must.

VCEseminars Program OfficerEngage is currently seeking a motivated individual who is willing to grow and maintain the Melbourne based VCEseminar program. This leadership role will work closely with the Head of Academic Programs to ensure the high quality delivery of the VCEseminar program through developing and executing quality assurance systems in the organisation of the project. This role will require stakeholder interaction with teachers and universities and will require reporting regularly to the Foundation’s board about the preparation and delivery of the program.

Executive AssistantAre you interested in making an impact on people’s lives? Do you want to get professional experience while working in a non-profit youth organisation that supports students? Keen to meet other young individuals driven to make an impact on society? Engage is currently seeking a versatile individual who is excited about being right amidst the leadership team of a face-paced, medium-sized organisation that supports over 7,500 secondary school students each year. Working directly with the CEO and attending board meetings on a weekly basis, this role requires a strong level of professionalism and organisation to ensure efficient attainment of goals.
