All Engage projects are undertaken by a team of passionate, highly committed and capable people who share our values and are motivated to help support students achieve.
Engage builds its success on a combination of volunteers and paid staff. This hybrid form of organisation allows as many people as willing to get involved, while also allowing young people to commit fully without concern of missing out of financial gain.
Staff members of Engage have higher expectations placed upon them than volunteers and are expected to contribute over and beyond the role of a volunteer.
