Engage Education

At the heart of all Engage Education initiatives is the key value of Teamwork. The Engage Education Foundation is all about teamwork.

This stems from the maxim: Coming Together; Learning Together; Working Together: Succeeding Together. Education doesn’t have to be completed on your own. There are thousands of other young people across Australia who are trying to learn the same subjects as you. By learning and working together with these other students, you can extend your understanding of the subject further. This has the potential to result in greater success through stronger school assessment and exam results.

Year12 is often quoted as being “the most stressful year in one’s life”. By coming together with other people and having a strong support network around you, it is possible to alleviate this stress level to make Year 12 enjoyable. With assistance provided by others around you, it will make studying for school assessed coursework and exams easier and therefore give you the possibility to increase your subject scores and ENTER score.

Coming TogetherEngage provides opportunities for students to come together from across Australia. This interaction between students is the first step on the pathway to success
Learning TogetherHaving someone else explain something in a different way can really help you develop a strong understanding of the topic at hand. Engage Seminars and Tutoring allows for course material to be explained in different ways to ensure that students are able to learn the required course content in preparation for exams.
Working TogetherWorking together as a team enables tasks to be broken down into stages and for the overall commitment to be easier for everyone involved. Students can work together through our Tutoring programs and online using the forums and other online services offered.
Succeeding TogetherThe result of coming together, learning together and working together is success. Although success can be obtained alone, it is much easier and more fun to complete your secondary school education together with other liked-minded students.

A volunteer based organisation, Engage has grown since its inception in 2008 to be the leading youth-run educational provider, providing academic support to over 7,500 students Australia wide.
