Our Governance

The Engage Education Foundation is a non-profit charitable organisation incorporated in Victoria (Incorporation #: A0052510F). Engage is governed by a Board of Directors, led by Callum Forbes.

The Foundation has an established constitution, which outlines amongst other things, the ‘wind-up clause’. This establishes the Foundation as a non-profit organisation and also prevents directors from profiting from the operations of the Foundation.

Being established as such allows the Foundation to provide many services to students and schools at no cost and others at below the market rates. Profit is not a motivator for Engage Education, instead our aim is to support students reach their full potential.
