I recently purchase a new SSV Redline from Motors and whilst happy with the salesman and process I am disappointed that the company policy" is only to half fill the vehicles when they are delivered. It is not about the cost of the fuel its about leaving the customer with a great feeling. Put the extra $50

It was very sad to see Motors virtually empty. There were only a few cars in there. This one reminds me of my oldest cousin Kerry's car, hers was black too if my memory serves me correctly.

The sales team I couldn't fault when I bought from Jonathon! The quality of serving vehicles has diminished greatly. Cutting corners, advising of mechanical issues incorrectly was disappointing to observe. Unfortunately their mechanics and administration staff lack genuine customer service and care that Holden prides themselves in giving.

Never again will I bring my car to this organisation, one should know to never bring an older model car to a dealership for a service. Find a trusted mechanic and get it done elsewhere. Far too expensive, far too slow, so angry that I didn't go a more reputable mechanic, which would have saved me at least $1200. Just ridicules: $402 for a ‘basic’ service, $746 for brakes, $400 for brake calliper’s, $695 for oil leak repairs, $625 for rear brake repairs… never again !! Picked the car up on Thursday evening, 3 days later car broke down on busy intersection, wouldn’t start, thanks Gateway Holden. Rang the organisation, put on hold, ended up having to ring back. Got no help from them to find out why the car broke down.
