I purchased a racefit titanium muffler with link pipe from the UK just over a month ago and customs have now held it for 2.5 weeks demanding what the ingredients are from the seller in England before release.I mean what the hell is going on in the mind s of these people .It has fibreglass packing inside it to deden the sound wave and the rest is titanium.Please whoever hires these workers please pick more intelligent people .I have a bike worth so much that is useless without this partPlease release my item

I just flew into Melbourne. At the airport customs, an extremely rude agent Bianca asked to go through my bags. She found a few pouches of lentils and rice that I had kept for my 3 year old baby mixed in in the right proportion. For the sake of context, my baby is allergic to most foods and can only eat certain brands and types of food. So I always have to travel prepared with them. Bianca said that I have committed a crime, broke the law, by carrying lentils and rice and not checking the box on the form that states lentils and rice.Well, there is no entry on the form that states lentils or rice, the closest word would be grain, and if one thing anybody knows traveling with a baby, your brain does not operate at full capacity. I understood that I made a mistake but the way I was treated with absolute rudeness was mindblowing.I was shocked when she called me a criminal for carrying baby food. Being an American, I called for the supervisor, a lady by the name of Leonnah came over. She said that she will prefer if my 3 year baby boy were to die rather than have rice and lentils from outside Australia enter Australia. And that if I were to protest, she will cancel our tourist visas (which we did not have being Americans), I guess she assumed since we have brown skin that we ere from India.Leonnah went on and on, threatening me in front of my 3 year old son. I knew that there was really no point in arguing, I am clearly stuck with a horrible human beings and I need to focus on my son rather than lose my patience.I have never been treated with such rudeness and racism in my entire life. Bianca also said that she is going to blacklist me for trying to sneak in a few spoons of lentils and rice that I was going to feed by baby and put me in the same category as narcotics dealers and asked me to sign some paperwork accepting that I was smuggling and made me pay $440 in fines.I have traveled to over 60 countries. Never in my life have I experienced something mindblowing like this, and of all places, in a developed nation like Australia. My son and I will be fine, and I really hope that justice gets served to Leonnah and Bianca, who are pathetic excuses for being a human being, threatening helpless tourists just so that they can feel good about their sorry existence. They intentionally abuse and harass tourists and bring a bad name to their country Australia.I further advise Americans not to travel to Australia. Everything here is average at best when compared to the US. Asians whose visas for the US get rejected come to Australia as their 2nd or 3rd option. Racism in Australia is still flourishing after it's almost gone from the rest of the developed world and it's technologically behind most other countries in the same category! While even countries like China, India, most of Europe have dozens of on-demand Apps, Australia has NONE other than Uber that works per se. The older white people in Australia seem to be holding a grudge against the recent influx of immigrants and it shows at every interaction a tourist would have - from the Customs at Melbourne airport to a cafe at the visitor center at the Philip island Penguin Parade tourist spot.

Simply irresponsible to not update your opening hours online. It’s remarkably easy to update hours for holiday closures on Google. Y’all really think it’s acceptable to have the ONLY information regarding holiday closures pinned up as a poster on the window of the building? I just wasted THREE HOURS on CHRISTMAS EVE filling out customs forms to arrive at 3pm to see a sign that you shut at 2:30. NO INFORMATION ONLINE. Absolutely ridiculous.
